Privacy policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
This policy explains how Pymzo ("Pymzo", "we", "us") handles information when you visit pymzo.com or use our forms and newsletter. Operator: Pymzo. [Placeholder: the full legal entity name and mailing address will be added here.] Contact: hello@pymzo.com.
What we do not do
- Pymzo itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels or other trackers.
- We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not buy email lists.
Information we collect and why
- Newsletter (beehiiv). If you subscribe, your email address and anything else you enter are collected by beehiiv, our newsletter provider, so we can send you the newsletter you asked for. beehiiv may record standard email engagement data (such as opens and clicks) under its own policy.
- Forms (Tally). If you submit a use case, a sponsorship inquiry or a contact message, what you type (for example your name, email and message) is collected by Tally, our forms provider, so we can review and reply. We also pass the page language (en/es) and the page you came from.
- Hosting (Cloudflare). The site is served by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Email. If you write to hello@pymzo.com, we receive your email address and message.
The beehiiv and Tally forms load from those providers' servers, which may set their own cookies or collect technical data under their own privacy policies.
How we use it
Only to send the newsletter you requested, review submissions, answer inquiries (including sponsorship inquiries), keep the site secure and meet legal obligations. Submitted use cases may be published in our own words after verification; we do not publish your contact details.
Retention
We keep subscriber data until you unsubscribe and form or email messages for as long as needed to handle them, then delete them within a reasonable time unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your choices and rights
- Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by writing to hello@pymzo.com. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
- California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion and correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information. The categories we collect are identifiers (such as name and email), the content of your messages, and technical data processed by our host. You may use an authorized agent to make a request; we may need to verify your identity.
Sponsorships
Some newsletter sections or site placements may be sponsored. They are always labeled "Sponsored". We do not give sponsors your personal information, and sponsorship never affects editorial listings.
Children
Pymzo is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, note it on the site or in the newsletter.
